Background in structured one-on-one work, interviews, facilitation, and understanding user needs.
Experience coordinating projects, teams, contractors, stakeholders, and ambiguous tasks from idea to outcome.
Selected work
These projects connect software delivery, user understanding, product decisions, and practical execution.
Built and sold around 200 embroidery kits, managing product concept, customer feedback, website, packaging, contractors, sales points, and communication.
Researched AI tools, helped integrate OpenAI API, connected HubSpot workflows, and supported launch of a lead-generation experience that captured approximately 3,000 prospects.
Improved product flows that reduced repetitive manual actions and made invoice setup more consistent through placeholders, default data, and product logic.
Helped move annotations from small pop-ups into a persistent side panel, improving clarity and usability for users working with website feedback.
Conducted 100+ structured individual sessions as a psychologist, building strong skills in listening, asking precise questions, identifying patterns, and helping people clarify needs.
Ways I can contribute

About
My path has moved through software engineering, entrepreneurship, psychology, and product thinking. At first glance, these may seem like different directions, but the common thread is the same: I’m interested in how people interact with systems, where things become confusing or painful, and how to make them clearer, kinder, and more useful.
I spent 4+ years as a full-stack engineer in a US B2B SaaS startup, where I worked on product features, integrations, AI-powered tools, experiments, and customer-facing workflows. Later, I built my own physical product, AYAY, which taught me ownership, customer discovery, packaging, sales, and operations.
Today, I’m exploring roles where I can combine technical understanding, product thinking, user empathy, and structured execution.
